The Gronk Nation Youth Foundation supports nonprofit organizations that help young people through sports, fitness, education, health, mentorship, and community-based programming.

Eligible youth nonprofits may apply for funding to support a specific program, project, equipment purchase, participation need, or other youth-focused initiative.

Applicants may request the amount needed to support the proposed request. Requests should be reasonable and clearly supported by the proposed budget.

Grant amounts will be determined based on demonstrated need, anticipated youth impact, alignment with the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation’s mission, available funding, and the reasonableness of the proposed budget. The Foundation may provide full or partial funding.

Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be a nonprofit organization serving children or young people.

• Hold 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or operate under an eligible fiscal sponsor.

• Use grant funds for charitable purposes that directly benefit youth and youth wellness.

• Provide documentation confirming nonprofit status.

• Agree to provide a brief update on how the grant was used, if funded.
